Ok friends, here it is!  My current list of favorites.  Check it out and hopefully you will enjoy these as much as I have.

When it comes to researching or studying for a talk, a sermon, or simply looking up scriptures, my favorite search engine is Bible Gateway

If you want your teen and/or preteen child to get passionate about the word, you want to check out previous Newsboys member, Phil Joel’s site, Deliberate People.  Get your student involved with their Twenty One” program for studying the word –you won’t regret it!

It is no secret that I am a Margaret Feinberg fan.  For inspirational blogs and great insight, check out her website.

One of my favorite websites for the busy woman, who needs a little help staying organized, is Simplify 101

If you are into home décor and are always looking for new ideas to remodel your home, I suggest, Remodelista (Sourcebook for the Considered Home).  I’ve found some great easy-to-do projects on this site.

Dayspring has a cute site with occasional great sales of their “Christian” based products. I have my eye on their Ever Grateful Collection–already saving up!  If you are looking for discounts or freebies for your next women’s conference or event, send them a request letter a year in advance–they have a waiting list, but they always come through.

If you are not familiar with Pandora as of yet, you need to check it out.   This is a great internet radio source where you insert your favorite band/artist, they then compile a set for you with a group of artists who have a similar sound as your suggested artist. I always have it on at my workstation; it really helps me get through the day.

Parents of small children will find the Children’s Story Podcast delightful.  Go to http://www.childrenstory.info/

A few years back, I began listening to God’s iPod which I downloaded from iTunes.  I got so hooked on this little podcast, I was listening to it every morning on my way to work and at night right before going to sleep.  After a while, I noticed it had not been updated and eventually I stopped listening, but recently I came upon it once again and it has been revamped and updated.  As a matter of fact, now, Israel Anderson (creator of the site) has more than just podcasts.  There are blogs, sermons, and more.  I’m so excited to have God’s iPod available again and I think you will find it to be a great resource.

I cannot say enough about Travel the Road.  I started watching this reality TV show about three years ago.  It centers on two missionaries who go into the most remote parts of the world armed with the gospel in order that everyone will hear about Jesus Christ.  It is packed full of excitement, adventure, suspense and inspirational moments.  If you or your student has a passion for missions, I highly recommend you watch the series.

I first heard Christine Cain speak at a local youth conference and since then, I have been a follower of her ministry.  Her ministry focuses on helping those who are victims of injustice.  You will find her website quite engaging and motivating.  She also has a podcast worth listening to.

I recommend my favorite new band, Gungor.  I saw them perform at the Catalyst Conference in October and they were amazing.

Tropical Traditions is one of my favorite websites to go to for organic coconut everything.  I was first introduced to coconut flour with them, and now I love to cook with their coconut oil and coconut flour.  I’ve also ordered their coconut honey and peanut butter–absolutely delicious and their prices are reasonable.

The Practical Guide to Healthier Living is a great site for those who are trying to live healthier.  I love their short video clips loaded with great information, and I think you will find it beneficial in your quest for a healthier you.
